German footwear brand BÄR is now live with 3D

By Johan Bertilsson

BÄR GmbH is a family-owned company specializing in handcrafted shoes. Customers can now experience their products in 3D through a 3D viewer and Virtual Try-on.

Craftsmanship now in 3D
Founded in 1982, BÄR is a family-owned German company specializing in handcrafted shoes that prioritize 100% toe freedom, zero heel elevation, and flexibility. Designed for both men and women, BÄR shoes promote a natural walking experience, combining comfort with contemporary fashion trends. BÄR leverages our services to give customers more control over their online shopping experience and to build on their legacy of customer trust through immersive experiences.

Integration & Experiences
In their integration, BÄR uses two experiences on their eCommerce site today: the 3D Viewer and Virtual Try-On. Here’s the breakdown of both:

Three great things about the 3D viewer are that it can be applied across multiple eCommerce touchpoints, has a proven track record of increasing conversions, and can be customized to fit your brand’s visual style. BÄR is currently using the viewer on their PDPs to enhance product visualization and give their customers a better experience.

The Virtual Try-On experience is a great way to bridge the gap between in-store and online shopping through real-time try-on. It can support marketing and B2B sales efforts, or just as BÄR uses it on their eCommerce PDPs helping their customers make smarter purchase decisions.
